This £3.9m “state of the art” Rayleigh Weir Fire station, Essex has a striking modern design containing a four bay appliance garage with administrative and accommodation blocks. The building will also be used as a fire safety education centre for the whole community. The fire station also has highly efficient renewable and sustainable ground source energy systems.
