Progress on the Little Ilford project is ongoing on sites WHP1 and A and B, with sites C and D due on stream in November 2009. MMC timber frame construction has been used on most sites, except WHP2, which is in situ reinforced concrete.
The partnership between Mulalley, Gallions Housing Association and Sherrygreen Homes is confident that the mixed tenure project will be completed on programme in November 2010 with the green to Warrior Square then enhanced to conclude the improvement works in this community.
