Mulalley were delighted to be awarded the Camden Building Quality Award, Large Commercial category, for the construction of Ramsay Hall (Ian Baker House).
The award was presented to Mulalley for the high standards of quality delivered and construction process involved in this challenging new build.
The £6m hall of residence was constructed in a courtyard with very limited access, yet Mulalley delivered the 91-bedroom block to UCL on time and with a very high standard of finish.
