The change for residents of Marston Way could not be more dramatic; Christmas 2007 their homes were burnt down and now they have a stunning new building to live in.
The praise for Mulalley’s work has been public as Councillor Dudley Mead said in a Croydon newspaper, “I’m very happy with the building – at the moment I will give it a nine out of ten.”
Residents moved into their homes last month, in time for a better Christmas
than last year.
