Work on the £16m International House project continues at a pace with excavations and the concrete structure nearing completion. 

International House’s 123 flats will achieve an “Excellent” rating from Ecohomes, with sustainable features such as a central Biomass boiler system. 

Of particular interest is the 2 storey ‘stacking’ car parking enabling the footplate to provide 63 car parking spaces.
