Mulalley has been appointed to a £19.5m fast track contract with Hackney Homes to undertake interim repairs on the extensive Woodberry Down Estate.
The works are part of their major regeneration of the area to create a new vibrant community over the next 20 years.
Mulalley’s works include interim repairs to 33 blocks to extend their lifetime by 10 years. These works involve fabric and roofing repairs, window replacement and decoration. Works should commence early 2010, to be completed by October 2011.
