The Considerate Constructors Scheme is designed to improve the image of construction. The Scheme aims to encourage building and civil engineering Contractors to carry out their operations in a safe and considerate manner, with due regard to the local environment, occupiers and neighbours.

The Scheme comprises a code of good practice, regular inspections by officers, annual judging and a telephone hotline enabling the public to comment on the scheme, on sites and on the participating contractors.

To date, Mulalley has won 60 awards  - 6 Gold, 24 Silver  and 30 Bronze.

Mulalley were also delighted to win two prestigious awards against strong competition at the Considerate Constructors Scheme's 10 Year Anniversary Awards in 2007.   Mulalley were awarded the accolade of being the ‘Most Considerate Housing Repairs and Maintenance Contractor’ nationwide and were Highly Commended in the category of overall ‘Most Considerate Constructor’.

Mulalley are also founder associate members of the Considerate Constructor scheme.
