February 2012 - Safe Sammy Keeps Sunnyhill Safe

Mulalley mascot Safe Sammy visited over 500 children and staff at Sunnyhill School in Streatham recently to promote site safety.

The Essex based building contractor started the £3.8 million contract works at the school in Sunnyhill Road in mid November, in partnership with Lambeth Borough Council.

The works on the ‘A ‘listed school, which is in occupation, includes building a new extension as well as internal refurbishment works.

Mulalley Operation’s Director John Moore said: ‘We are a very Considerate Constructor and carrying out our works safely is of the upmost importance to us, and we were pleased to visit Sunnyhill School to inform the children and staff about the work we are doing and the hazards that they should be aware of.

‘The pupils really enjoyed the visit from Safe Sammy and participated in our demonstration of safety equipment.’
