Mulalley signs up to Croydon Environmental Charter

.

Mulalley are Croydon Council’s partner for their decent homes programme and assisted the Borough to develop an Environmental Charter. This charter confirms all Stakeholders will work to improve both the quality of the local and global environment.

On the 24 June 2008 Mulalley Directors, other partners, and Croydon Council Officers joined Senior Managers from ENVIBE (Environmental Business Excellence - a co-ordinated partnership of government funded organisations providing free environmental support to businesses), to sign the charter.

The charter covers five areas of commitment for the partners; to increase recycling and green travel (e.g. reduce mileage), to save energy and water and reduce waste.

Mulalley were recently awarded a Bronze award from Envibe for their work in Croydon.

"I understand the importance of this charter and I am keen for us to continue to support Croydon where ever possible"
