Homes for Haringey’s first open day was hailed an overwhelming success when more than 500 local residents attended.
Residents arrived at the Civic Centre on Saturday 14 June to participate in a number of free and fun activities laid on by this new ALMO and their partners. The day included live music performances, IT taster workshops and a free barbecue. Mulalley’s contribution was a well received chocolate fountain which delighted the young and old. For very young residents there were face painters, a bouncy castle and a supervised 20ft climbing wall.
Mulalley, who are one of the partners for Haringey’s 5-year £200m decent homes refurbishment programme, were delighted to participate as it gave our team an opportunity to meet residents, discuss the works and display the new kitchen ranges selected for their homes.
"The feedback from residents has been very positive. I will be looking at all their suggestions about the day and how they feel about the services Homes for Haringey offers"
