As one of the two partnered contractors undertaking the Phoenix Community Homes Decent Homes Programme Mulalley were out in force to support their Launch Event at Forster Park in Downham, South-East London.

Mulalley provided a stunning 9 metre climbing wall for teenagers and brave adults together with a baby bouldering wall so residents of all ages could join in the fun. The day was an extremely busy with hundreds of residents and their families queuing for their chance to try scrambling to the top of the Mulalley tower.

The event officially launched the Phoenix Homes Community Housing Trust and gave the residents a chance to meet socially both the Phoenix staff and the partners who will be working in and around their homes over the next four years.
