On Sunday 13 July Mulalley were delighted to support Chelmer Housing Partnership’s Active Families fun day held at Melbourne Park, Chelmsford

Chelmsford residents were invited to help celebrate the completion of two newly refurbished show flats at Melbourne Court, Chelmsford’s only high-rise block. Many of those who joined in the fun day took the opportunity to look around the two flats which Chelmer HP are marketing for shared ownership and rent. 

Mulalley staff were on hand throughout the day, to answer any questions that potential residents may have about the works currently taking place at Melbourne Court.

This refurbishment and new build project (28 new homes as podium around the existing block), together with a new neighbourhood centre, is part of the £6.8m Parkside Project. The aim is to create a sustainable community, bringing financial investment to the area and enhancing residents quality of life.
