Nature of work: Fire safety review / works

We were requested by London Borough of Camden to assist with their emergency Fire safety review/works at the Chalcot Estate. These works included the removal of external cladding and fire prevention upgrades internally on a 24hr a day 7 days a week operation. With the residents temporarily relocated, it was imperative that these works were carried out as quickly as possible. The Estate has now been handed back to Camden’s Fire risk assessment team to establish the safest external façade suitable for the block.
