Design and build for Southern (originally in contract with Optivo who merged in 2023 with Southern Housing ) after completing the demolition and removal of asbestos, providing 2, 5 and 6 storey buildings comprising of 41 Class C3 Extra Care units and 54 Class C3 intermediate affordable units, landscaping and new public realm, energy centre, new basement/lower ground car parked accessed off Alton Road all associated drainage, road works and car parking, footpaths and paved areas, landscaping retaining walls, refuse store, external services and estate lighting and all necessary off site 278 works.
