Mulalley is currently completing a 148 unit new build scheme for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, consisting of a mix of 135 one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, and 13 three-storey townhouses for social rent. 

The contract value is circa. £24m, with completion due Spring 2017.
