Following a resident-lead procurement process Mulalley were appointed by Watford Community Housing Trust as one of two partners to work with them to deliver their 5-year Improvement Works Programme. 

The programme will include:

Internal Works
  * Replacement kitchens with new flooring
  * New sanitary ware with new flooring
  * Replacement heating
  * Electrical works
  * Disabled adaptations
  * Redecoration of Common Parts

External works
  * Roofing work
  * Window and door replacement
  * Structural and Concrete Repairs

The Trust manages more than 4,700 homes and 20 local community areas and as a Community Gateway, The Trust is committed to empowering tenants and leaseholders to manage their own homes and their communities at the highest level.

Mulalley were also appointed as one of six framework contractors to a four year joint consortium The Trust have implemented with other Social Landlords in Hertfordshire and Central England. These RSL’s will use this framework to call off services from Partners without running further EU procurement processes. The works covered by this consortium include Development Capital works and Maintenance together with new build projects.
