The Mulalley Management Trainee Programme is a paid apprenticeship route designed to help you build a long-term career in construction while gaining recognised qualifications.
As a family-owned construction company with over 50 years’ experience, Mulalley delivers new build, refurbishment and planned maintenance projects across London, the South East and the East of England. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience, real responsibility and structured support.
What you’ll get
- Paid employment from day one
- Higher or degree apprenticeship in Quantity Surveying or Site Management
- Hands-on experience on live projects
- Day-release university study (no tuition fees)
- Support from a buddy, mentor and training manager
- Clear progression into professional and management roles
Entry requirements
- 6 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade B/6 or above, including English and Maths
- 112 UCAS points
- No prior construction experience required
