Supporting Staff

As an Investors in People Gold standard company, Mulalley has entered into a training partnership with the CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building) to support staff wishing to attain CIOB membership.

Mulalley and the CIOB will create a bespoke training, learning and development plan for staff. Individual plans will be created for each employee or employee group, taking their unique needs into account.

Mulalley recently held a workshop for interested staff to explain the different routes to membership and the demand was so great, another workshop has been arranged for the 7th December.

Joanna Lewis, CIOB Training Partnership Manager said: “I have been delighted with the volume of interest from Mulalley employees and it is a pleasure to be involved in supporting these individuals reach their goal. Our partnerships with employers like Mulalley are all about helping people fulfil their potential as they look to become Chartered professionals.

Construction has a role to play in many of societies biggest issues and as an industry we need to encourage professionalism and leadership to meet those challenges. I look forward to welcoming many employees of Mulalley into the CIOB”

Mulalley Operations Director Bruce Benson said: “This training partnership will help staff who want to become Chartered by providing support, encouragement and strategic advice to ensure that they follow the most suitable route at the most appropriate time.”
