Mulalley has been selected to join Network Homes new Employer’s Agent and Contractor framework to help deliver its £500 million development programme.

A pool of 22 Contractors and 14 Employer’s Agents were chosen after a rigorous process based on experience, competency, resources and their commercial offer. The new framework will help Network Homes to achieve its strategic aim of building 1,000 new homes a year.

The framework will run for the next four years (until the end of 2020) and means each of the pre-approved firms can now be appointed by Network Homes to contracts reducing time and improving cost efficiency.
