Topping out at The Brow

Mulalley celebrated the ‘topping out’ of our regeneration development at The Brow, joined by councillors, local Woodside resident representatives and Watford Community Housing Trust staff including Chief Executive Tina Barnard (pictured).

Cllr Stephen Cavinder was also presented with a ceremonial trowel for his valuable support in helping to build new homes and friendlier communities.

The Mayor of Watford, Peter Taylor, said: “Great to see the progress being made with this scheme. It will mean new affordable homes and homes for social rent for local families. Thanks to Mulalley for working well with residents and families.”

Mulalley Operations Director John Moore said: “We are pleased to be a part of this regeneration and look forward to inviting the Mayor and representatives back to see the completed development. It was also nice to meet committee members from Woodside Residents Association who have supported and contributed to the build activities”.

Mulalley is carrying out the works for the development on behalf of Watford Community Housing at The Brow, to provide eight new shops and 38 homes, 35 of which will be family homes for affordable rent.
