Mulalley is delighted to announce that, despite the coronavirus pandemic, we have achieved practical completion of Bridge House, handing over the new £20 million design and build development to the London Borough of Hackney last Friday.
This scheme provides 75 new homes including 28 Social Rent homes, 39 Shared Ownership homes, and 8 of the Council's first Hackney Living Rent homes.
During the contract, we were able to place 11 apprentices, 11 work experience placements and employed 4 adult improvers. We also managed to exceed the 25% local labour requirement working on the project.

John Moore, Mulalley’s Managing Director – New Build, said: “We were proud to assist on this exciting project which has created high quality new homes to help ease the pressure on housing for the local community.”
