Mulalley is delighted to announce the practical completion of the Sandra and Radnor Development in Surrey, handing over the £10 million Design and Build Scheme to PA Housing on the 28th May 2020.

The Scheme provides 50 residential units, 26 shared ownership and 24 affordable rent of which 6 are short term stay, constructed over 6 blocks.

The pavements and road were well maintained. The workers polite and considerate. We trust the development will be a lovely addition to East Molesey”.
