Mulalley has been awarded the Woodward Road scheme for BeFirst, Barking and Dagenham Council’s regeneration vehicle.

The development at the Becontree Estate in Dagenham will provide a total of 56 new affordable homes. These comprise of three blocks of apartments and 13 mews houses together with the construction of a new commercial space and the locally listed former Barking Library will be converted into community use and extended.
