Janice has been a Mulalley Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) for over six years and whether it be carrying out standard RLO duties, or going over and above, for example sweeping communal floors, Janice does it with a smile on her face.

Since the Covid pandemic, things have been a little bit different but Janice has carried on in her stride making sure residents are kept informed on what is happening and also keeping everyone safe by carrying out regular rapid lateral flow tests.

Janice said: “Every day is different as an RLO for Mulalley. I carry out a variety of tasks, all of which I enjoy. I am very lucky to have fantastic residents here and to be part of the best team ever on one of our Lewisham Homes contracts”.
