Mulalley recently helped celebrate Joyce’s 90th birthday by gifting her a lovely bunch of flowers, box of Thornton’s chocolates, sparkly balloon and personalised birthday card.

Lead Resident Liaison Officer Janice Trotman was on hand to present the gifts on behalf of Mulalley. Joyce was very happy and said: “How lovely! What a nice surprise. Thank you.”

Mulalley Associate Director Vikki Emmines said: “We were pleased to help Joyce celebrate her special day. We are carrying out a lot of work in Lewisham and it is great celebrate such lovely occasions with the community.”

Mulalley is currently working on the Major Works Scheme in the North of the Borough. This includes external refurbishment and improvements works to four sheltered housing schemes including new windows, M&E works, repairs and decorations, landscaping and new build extensions.
