Barnsley Street Community Hall Redecorations

As part of our commitment to social value targets on our projects, Mulalley carried out redecoration works on the Collingwood Community Hall which is run by the Tenants and Residents Association on behalf of the London Borough Tower Hamlets.

The building is used seven days a week with a range of activities organised by and for the local community and the large hall area was looking tired and drab, so Mulalley arranged for it to be redecorated. We also installed new metal fencing to the perimeter of the hall to replace the dilapidated wooden fencing.

Phil Sedler, Centre Manager, said: “We are grateful to Mulalley for the works on the Centre, it has made a massive difference to the building”.

Lee Walsh, Mulalley New Build Construction Director said: “We are always keen to support, and give back to, the communities in which we work. We hope local residents will have many good years of use from the hall.”

Mulalley is working on the nearby Barnsley Street development of 53 units across three blocks on behalf of London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
