Following on from our 46 Considerate Constructors Scheme Score (having achieved an additional one point on top of the maximum score of 45 for best practice initiative), Mulalley received a visit from the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) who spent the day at Queensland Road filming the site and our staff.

Nick Price, Mulalley Construction Division Operations Director led visitors from the CCS around the site, showing the film crew how we look after the Queensland Road residents during these works, and just how close Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium is to the site.

During the interview, Nick spoke about the unique and fascinating challenges that we face during the works, and how the close location to the Stadium has fostered a good and positive relationship between our team and the club. Mulalley Resident Liaison Officer Lola Gaines was also interviewed and spoke about creating good relationships with our residents by making the works as smooth a process as we can for them, and the importance of allowing their points be heard.

Mulalley is carrying out external wall remediation works at Queensland Road on behalf of Newlon Housing Trust. Located next to Arsenal's Emirates Stadium, Queensland Road provides over 700 homes to the local community.
