Congratulations to Martin Walker, our Operations Director, for becoming one of only six construction professionals to complete The Chartered Institute of Building's Principal Contractor Competency Scheme.

This scheme provides a formal pathway to demonstrating competency as a Principal Contractor, as required by the Building Safety Regulator (BSR). The Principal Contractor role is one of several developed during the regulatory transformation introduced by the BSR, with duty holders required to possess the necessary skills, knowledge, experience, and behaviours to meet the competency standards outlined in PAS 8672:2022.
