For over 20 years, the Mulalley Management Trainee Programme has been shaping the leaders of tomorrow - and it continues to go from strength to strength! Last week, we proudly welcomed our latest cohort of bright new talent, ready to embark on their careers in the construction industry.
Many of our trainees have gone on to become senior managers at Mulalley, paving the way for the next generation. Now, six new trainees - most of them new to the industry - are starting their apprenticeship journey to become the Quantity Surveyors and Construction Managers of the future.
To kick things off, they enjoyed an inspiring induction which included a great presentation by Elijah Desilva-Kyriacou and Sacha Wild, who shared valuable tips and advice from their own experiences. Both are thriving TQSs who have recently completed their first two years on the programme and successfully achieved their Level 4 QS apprenticeships - congratulations to them on this milestone!
Adding an extra special touch to this year's intake, we were also joined by George Anderson, who started with us in May and continues seemingly a family tradition as being the third member of his family to join the Mulalley Trainee Programme!
We're excited to watch our new trainees grow, achieve, and contribute to our ongoing success.
