Thank you to the Arsenal Stadium management team at the Emirates for their continued logistical support throughout the cladding and remediation works at Queensland Road.

The project team greatly appreciated the opportunity to tour the Emirates Stadium last week, gaining valuable insight into the club’s history and the day-to-day operations behind the scenes.

During the visit, the team were proud to share their Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) Award for Most Considerate Site 2025, as they look ahead to the 2026 awards, for which the project has once again been nominated.

Mulalley is delivering external wall remediation works at Queensland Road on behalf of Newlon Housing Trust. Situated adjacent to Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium, the development provides over 700 homes for the local community.
