Location: 26 Houses located on the Worton Estate i.e. on Ridge Way, Ellington Rd, Longford Ave, Welwyn Ave, Richmond Ave and Challis Rd and 34 low rise blocks of flats at Kennet Rd, Morris Rd, Wheatley Rd and Octavia Rd.

Nature of work: New windows, EWI, new canopies, mechanical ventilation, loft insulation, new rwg’s and new fascia’s and soffits to the 26 Houses. Asbestos removal, concrete and brickwork repairs, window and door overhauls, external decorations, balcony coatings, new external meta staircases to replace concrete and drainage repairs to the blocks of flats.

Mulalley are appointed by the London Borough of Hounslow to carry out the external refurbishment of 26 Houses in order to improve their thermal efficiency and external refurbishment of 34 low rise blocks of flats.
