BIM Coordinator

Location: Based at Head Office (Woodford Green)

The role

M-Architecture is a respected RIBA Chartered Practice with a proven track record in the delivery of residential regeneration projects across London and the South East. M-Architecture is a division of Mulalley, the award winning building contractor. We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join our team.

You will be given the opportunity to take a key role in ensuring BIM is successfully adopted on our residential new build projects

As BIM Coordinator you will be the single point of contact on projects, responsible for ensuring team optimisation of working in Revit and other associated Autodesk technologies, for the delivery of coordinated models and related project documentation.

You will provide BIM support and training to project teams, mentoring and upskilling the in-house design team on BIM processes and the use of technology.

You will get to influence the direction of BIM processes and strategy within the business.

You will be a team player who is passionate about communicating the benefits of BIM to design and constructions teams.

You will have sound experience in design and construction and have clear understanding of statutory regulations.
